What this website is

This site describes water damage restoration services offered by Flood Damage Restoration Massachusetts, based at 1742 Washington St, Boston, MA 02118. It is information, not a contract, and nothing on it is a binding offer to carry out work.

Estimates and quotes

Estimates are free and carry no obligation. An estimate describes the scope it was written for; if conditions on site turn out to be different from what was described on the phone, we will tell you before any additional work is agreed. Work is carried out on the basis agreed with you beforehand.

Insurance claims

We document water damage — photographs, moisture readings and a written scope — and we speak to your adjuster directly. We are not your insurer, we do not act as your adjuster or loss consultant, and decisions about cover, limits and payment remain between you and your insurance company.

Emergency response

The emergency line is answered 24 hours a day. How quickly a crew can reach a property depends on where it is and what else is happening at that moment; we will always tell you honestly what the current position is rather than promising a time we cannot keep.

Information on these pages

The guidance published here — what to do before a crew arrives, how drying works, how mould develops — is general information about water damage in Massachusetts buildings. It is not a survey or a professional assessment of your property, and it does not replace someone looking at the actual damage.

The text and photographs on this site belong to the company and may not be copied or reused without permission. City and district pages describe the local built environment using public information; they are context, not claims about any individual property.
