Privacy policy and how we handle your information

What we collect

Only what you type into the contact form: your name, phone number, email address, city or town, property type, the service you need and your description of the problem. If you call or email us instead, we keep the details you give us in that conversation.

Why we keep it

To respond to your enquiry, arrange an assessment, and — if you become a customer — to document the loss for your insurance claim. We do not sell, rent or trade your details, and we do not add you to a marketing list.

Cookies and analytics

This website sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.

Third-party content and the map

Nothing on this site is loaded from another company's server by default — no analytics, no advertising, no web fonts. The contact page has a Google map that stays switched off until you press “Show the Google map”; only then does your browser contact Google, and Google's own privacy policy applies from that point. The directions links work the same way: Google is only contacted if you click them.

Where your message goes

Contact form submissions are delivered by email to [email protected]. Until a form service is connected, the form prepares the message in your own email application instead. Either way, the only place your enquiry lands is our mailbox.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become jobs are deleted once they are no longer needed. Job records, including moisture logs and photographs used for an insurance claim, are kept for as long as the claim and any warranty period require.

Getting your information removed

Email [email protected] or call (857) 766-1755 and ask. We will confirm what we hold and delete it, unless we are legally required to keep a record.

Children

This site is intended for property owners and managers. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
